Common questions

I bought something. How do I get it back on a new phone?

Open the game, tap the gear icon (top right) for Settings, then tap Restore Purchases. Characters, mission skips and Remove Ads come back. Lives are used up when you spend them, so they can't be restored.

Is my progress saved in the cloud?

No. Your coins, stars and unlocked missions are saved on your iPhone. They come back if you restore your iPhone from a backup, but not after deleting and reinstalling the game. Your best Endless distance is also kept on the Game Center leaderboard.

What are lives for?

Runs are always free. Lives let you continue a run after a crash. Each continue in a run costs one more life than the last, and you can watch one ad per run for a free continue.

How do I unlock new characters and locations?

Characters unlock with the coins you collect, with the stars you earn in Dubai Tour missions, or as a purchase. Finishing a Dubai Tour mission unlocks the next one and adds its location to your Endless route.

The free-continue ad isn't loading.

Ads need an internet connection and aren't always available. The game keeps trying in the background; if the button says "No ad available right now", you can still continue with lives or end the run.

How do I turn off the sound, music or reminders?

Tap the gear icon (top right) for Settings: there are switches for sound effects and reminders, and a choice of music track (or Off).

How do I appear on the leaderboard?

Sign in to Game Center in your iPhone's Settings. Your best Endless distance is submitted after each run; tap the trophy on the start screen to see the leaderboard.
